This historic 2.5D history animation was created by layering the multiple subjects of the image inside of Adobe Photoshop. I used an advanced camera projection technique to create the plane of the water and sky and added the Japanese Zero machine gun fire using Saber and animated a camera through my 2.5D scene all in Adobe After Effects.
